I’m a neurodivergent therapist who works with neurodivergent adults.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with advanced training in neuroaffirming and trauma-informed care. Some of my additional credentials include:
My clinical work integrates a variety of evidence-based and experiential approaches, including humanistic therapy, ADHD coaching and skill practice, parts-based work, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapies, somatic approaches, and nervous-system-informed therapies. I approach therapy collaboratively, with an emphasis on compassion, autonomy, and working with individuals who show up differently in life.
