I’m a neurodivergent therapist who works with neurodivergent adults.
I bring both professional training and lived understanding into the therapy room. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect—especially for people who have spent much of their lives being told they are “too much” or “not enough.”
You won’t need to mask here.
You won’t need to perform wellness.
You won’t need to explain your brain from scratch.

Many neurodivergent adults come to therapy after years of being told to:
Often, the problem wasn’t effort—it was fit.
At Divergent Therapy, we take a neuroaffirming approach, meaning:
I focus on understanding patterns, reducing shame, and building support that actually works in real life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with advanced training in neuroaffirming and trauma-informed care. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), a certified Brainspotting therapist, and a certified Mindful Self-Compassion therapist. I am also a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
My clinical work integrates a variety of evidence-based and experiential approaches, including humanistic therapy, ADHD coaching and skill practice, parts-based work, mindfulness, compassion focused therapies, somatic approaches, and nervous-system-informed therapies. I approach therapy collaboratively, with an emphasis on compassion, autonomy, and working with—not against—how each client’s brain and nervous system function.
